Merry Christmas Everyone! Here’s hoping you are all surrounded by friends and family, or maybe just enjoying some quiet time without all the hubbub. No matter which way you are celebrating the holidays, I want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. During this Christmas break, we’ve been enjoying plenty of this Raw Vegan Eggnog. This recipe comes from, Cara, over at Fork and Beans. She shared Raw Vegan Eggnog on her blog last year at this time. I felt this recipe was just too good to not share so wanted to direct you on over to Fork and Beans to check it out.
We’ve been doing a little bit of everything around here this holiday season, a little cooking, a little baking, some knitting, some sewing, fixing bicycles, and motorcycles too, lot’s of playing and enjoying lots of family time. My grandson is visiting and he’s a busy little guy, 10.5 months old now, all over everywhere. He hasn’t bothered the Christmas tree yet, which has made it easier too. I tried to teach him a few days ago how to unwrap a gift, and he was not too interested, he did like the brand new hadn’t been used yet wrapping paper though. I’m sure on Christmas morning he will be the star of the party. I know he has the most presents under the tree.
Take some time to whip up some of this raw vegan eggnog for your guests, they will appreciate a change from the dairy laden store-bought eggnog. I think this Raw Vegan Eggnog recipe is too good to make a bunch of changes too, the only thing I did differently was to use maple syrup instead of agave. You will really like the not so heavy version of this delectable holiday drink, no refined sugar and good healthy fats. Thanks Cara, for this Raw Vegan Eggnog.
Happy Holidays Everyone!
