It’s springtime and everything needs a little refreshing. My house needs to be spring cleaned, the car needs vacuumed, the outside furniture needs scrubbed down. The list goes on. Sometimes I feel like the inside of me needs refreshing too. That’s when I drink more juices and green smoothies. I drink a green smoothie for breakfast almost every morning, but sometimes I want juice. That’s when I make this Carrot Parsley Juice in my Vitamix. Full of so many vitamins, minerals, and anti inflammatories.
Carrot Parsley Juice
Ingredients
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 nice size carrots chopped
- 1 big handful of parsley
- a little piece of ginger
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- large handful of spinach
- 1 handful of ice.
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in vitamix or other high powered blender and blend
